Maximata (MaxiMalTalents) is an initiative from Colourful Business; the business network for colourful entrepreneurs. Maximata is an independent foundation, relying on the expertise and knowledge of Colourful Business’ members and connections.

Maximata’s power is the starting point on which to base the strength and possibilities of colourful talent. Colourful talent is Maximata’s main subject, and therefore Maximata offers solutions for both the colourful talents as well as for employers in business. Maximata’s aim is to maximize the participation of colourful talent the labour market, and to make business’ utilize the available knowledge and talent in the Netherlands.
